Met a friend for lunch with 2 other friends. I ordered chicken schnitzel with salad and chips. My chicken tasted very sour - I asked one of my friends to taste it as well, she spit it out. As I wasn't that hungry I declined a different meal and said I'd just eat a few chips and the salad. The waitress was fairly new and very apologetic and had to keep going to the back to speak to the manager/chef who did not once appear (there were only 3 other people in the restaurant at the time - so not too busy). We were most unimpressed - I myself have a food business - my first response to an unsatisfactory meal is at the very least to refund the cost of the meal. We were charged for the chips and salad and the waitress seemed embarrassed.
I enjoyed a good sandwich from this cafe today. I ordered a turkey, cranberry and avocado on dark rye. It was nicely made with fresh ingredients and generous. There were a few things they offered, but didn't actually have though. The cafe itself is small, but there's lots or seating outside. Staff are lovely, very friendly and service is responsive. No wonder it's popular. Well done and thanks.
WOW!!! I came here with the family a few months back and it was just okay. They recently added some new burgers to the menu and I was told to give it another crack.

I ordered the Chuck Jr and was completely blown away by how good it was. The meat was thin, crispy, but still juicy, and the onion rings paired with the hickory bbq sauce was perfect. I had to give their signature sauce another go so I ordered an EazyE with extra cheese and maple bacon.

The BA sauce was even better than the hickory. Great food, awesome decor, and friendly staff. In my opinion, Burgers Anonymous is on par with Mister G's as the best burger joints in Sydney.
