dropped in for a quick lunch here on a Sunday arvo. They have a $22 lunch menu with drink which had an awesome wagyu burger on it which was perfect after a big night before . Also had a very welcome hot buttered rum for the battered throat. They had some great live music starting just as we were leavingA favorite

Walked past in the afternoon and got a friendly greeting by the owner.... checked out the menu and was impressed. Booked in for a table of 4 that night and were overly happy with the customer service and food. A definite experience. Thank you

Beautiful place, with so much character. Tried the "gangster degustation". A delicious menu of food accompanied by amazing cocktails. Will definitely be coming back for part 2. The night is so interactive with bar staff demonstrating how to make the cocktail that goes with each one of the delicious four courses. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Fantastic night, can't recommend them highly enough.

Was having lunch on Fitzroy st and went for a stroll after , saw a sign that said cocktails , not long opened , so decided to go in and have a look . One of the 3 partners welcomed us and told us a bit about the origins of the bar , was very friendly and the place had a good feel . My son and I tried 2 cocktails each and both were very delicious , lots of infusions that they do themselves . We both had different cocktails , so between us we tried 4 , and yum !! Highly recommend to try the place , they have food but we didn't need any . Thank you , it was lovely !

We visit Melbourne regularly, and dining out each night is our favourite part - then we came across St Luja! We've dined and tested out the cocktails on 3 visits now - fabulous!! Food is delicious (kingfish ceviche and rosemary chicken my favourites....mmmmmmm) and the cocktails, well, heaven in a glass! The atmosphere is laid-back elegance and the staff are delightfully attentive and warm (and obviously loving what they're doing) - makes for a perfect evening, whatever mood we're in!

We have dined here twice (once for a work function) and all I can say is - definitely visit this place. The food is simply stunning, the gnocchi and the rib are mouth watering good (to the point you don't want to share) and the drinks (cocktails) don't disappoint either. There is a hidden basement speakeasy and the decor and atmosphere inside is really funky. Outside - beautiful St Kilda foreshore viewBest of all - the kitchen is open super late so perfect if you've been to a show. Highly recommend. We will certainly be going back

Best value in Melbourne. Thrill to find this little gem in busy St Kilda. Thursday night dinner with friends and delighted to find a 20 steak special that included salad , chips and a glass of good Shiraz. The a la carte menu was wonderful too and the selection of whiskeys and cocktails extensive and interesting. Warm and knowledge service made it a very special night Great little restaurant!

Over rated pub food. I would pay half the price in a pub. Not sure why people are raving about it . Paid $80 for drinks , wedges and entree. Not value for money or high quality at all.
