Love the hotel and staff but today was disappointing as three out of four patrons ordered roast of the day which we all chose lamb very nice but disappointed as all meals were cold and we travelled from Bendigo and Drysdale and possibly first to order.

We had a really good lunch. Beautifully cooked, just the right quantity, and an interesting menu to choose from. The team of servers were happy and helpful and we enjoyed the experience.Beeac is an interesting place to explore after the meal, with a real feeling of country town history. The nice thing is that the prices are very reasonable. We have no hesitation in recommending the Farmers Arms. Bon Appetit!

Staying in Colac area friends took me to this hotel for dinner on a Monday nightThe enclosed fire place was going well which we grabbed the table next to it The eating area was nice layer out well not cramped in close together We got our menus and what a surprise for a small country pub specials and lots to choose from as well I had the Fishermen Basket it was great so well cooked and presented I could not finish it but there was another reason for that as I wanted the Apple and rhubarb crumble as out great waitress said it was very good and she was right it wasI went back a couple of night later with my daughter for my lady night in Colac tried the garlic and cheese pizza needed more garlic but I love garlic by the way Then I had the special 400g steak with Mash potato and vegs with red wine sauce this was fantastic my steak was cooked spot on medium so tender and the sauce was so good no room for dessertThis place is so worth the drive a great menu to choose from a great cook in the kitchen and a very nice dining room and setting and they do breakfast on the weekends Don't pass up this place if in the area go there hungry it's so worth it

Had a wonderful meal with friends here at The Farmers Arms and the service was excellent. A very friendly and inviting place to have a good feed at a good price.

Visited Beeac for the monthly 'Cars and Coffee' at the Farmers Arms Hotel. Cars and commentary were very interesting. Stayed for lunch in the dining room. Almost full with various car club and family groups. Great ambience. Long delay for the 'Sunday Roast' as the "ovens were not working" so we had risotto and pasta instead. Food arrived quickly and was enjoyable. Reasonable value but included a 12.5% surcharge for Sunday.

On a recommendation we visited the Beeac Hotel in Beeac. It is a very well presented hotel with a dining room that great care has been taken in retaining the olde world charm of a country pub. We were greeted by a friendly staff person and nothing was too much trouble, the attitude was very professional and a surprise in such a small town. Food and coffee were great and we will be back for an evening of food and drink again.

Returned again for another great Sunday roast. And again worth the short Sunday drive through picturesque country from Geelong. Place was well attended and highly recommended.

Five ladies went to Beeac to celebrate a birthday. From the booking until we left, we could not fault the food, the service and the ambience. We all ordered something different and everyone was happy with their selection. We ordered one dessert which came with a candle on it for the birthday girl, to Happy Birthday playing in the background. Paying was easy - cash or card, split the bill. In all aspects, a very pleasant experience. We will be back.
