My husband and I went there for dinner with a high recommendation. The service was excellent and affordable. The menu was extensive and very tasty. I had the chicken Caprice and Nabeby the bastard. They're taking along. There is a functional room under stairs with a bar. You are a special for $50.00 for a movie ticket with a 3 course meal. They even had Cooper's beer, which was a bonus for us as we are SA. So do yourself a favor and book a table and say hello to Jonathan the owner.
We dined here on a Saturday night and the service was very friendly. We didn't have to wait very long for our meals once they were ordered. The serves were a good size and well cooked. The desserts were very good and would recommend this venue for a good meal and a reasonable price. There are pokies if you are interested or just sit and watch the sport and the views are lovely out of the big windows. This place has just been renovated.
We have been to Kerminds before. Back in the day when burgers were just another fast food. I've got a feeling that's when their reputation was formed. Fast forward to 2017 when burgers are almost a gourmet item. Great pride and competition exists in the burger industry. McDonalds have lifted their game and offer fresh custom made burgers cooked to your liking for very little money. Choice and options exist and unfortunately Kermonds do not seem to have kept up or evolved. Our burgers were cooked fresh. The meat patty was a very slim inclusion. The chips were doggy, not crisp. We dined in but we're not offered a plate or anything else but a place to sit.Disappointing given their reputation and reviews. The cost for two burgers, chips and one small soft drink to share was $33. Too much IMO.
