This cafe never really caught my eye when I went up the Plaza. The inside was not conspicuous and had basic wooden chairs, I also noticed that they had their reasonable amount of use now. It was a busy Saturday morning and the service was slow. I do not feel that this place is suitable for a long brunch due to the atmosphere.
Grief The latte had a nice art about it, but it was a bit crooked, nevertheless the coffee was great. In comparison, weaker, but it felt lighter than anyone else. Dukah eggs were delicious, it had aromatic Dukka spice, sour caramelized onions and what I think was the hero of the court, Red Beete Relish. The food standards are good, but the decor and the lack of unique dishes is what holds me before returning.
For any restaurant, four elements are critical- Ambience Service Hygiene and of course the quality of food.

Ambience - 4 out of 5
Loved the feel of the place - it was busy however most of the people dining were non Indians. Very cosy dim lighting with temperature maintained at a level suitable enough to bring out the flavour of wine.
Ambience suitable for casual or a bit of formal dining as well.

Service - 5 out of 5
From the time we made the booking to the time we left, exceptional service with a responsive conversation and smile from manager waitresses etc. this was as good as it gets in a family restaurant unless you are fine dining.

Hygiene - 4.5 out of 5
All good in this department as well. Everything seemed clean and organised ... couldn't fault with a naked eye

Food - 2.5 out of 5
WOW ... what a downer. That probably explains why there were not many Indians there. Presentation of the food is all ok but the quality of the food is only suitable for people who don't understand curries.

Nothing was over a 3 including Entrees or Mains when u compare them to some of the Indian restaurants elsewhere these days. Curries had absolutely no flavour and they were watery. We ordered a Panner Kulcha and my message to the chef of this place would be to go and try a panner kulcha at a very casual restaurant Taj sweets in Harris park and he would know what it should be like.

We appreciate the lovely service guys that you extended us however your kitchen failed you. Sorry we would not return but good luck. I really hope that you guys can see where you lacked and some improvements can be made because everything else apart from food was top notch.
We came her a while ago and chose to give this place over mad fo chicks and whilst the service was quick and friendly we were honestly really disappointed with the food. We ordered the kimbap, toppoki, some tempura and deep friend potato noodles, which looked quite interesting. The only thing we enjoyed here was the kimbap. The toppoki was not spicy at all, the tempura although crispy tasted really oily and the deep fried potato noodles weren't to our liking. (Others may find it good but we just didnt like it).
With lots of other Korean restaurants in the Eastwood vicinity we most probably wont be returning to give this place second try for a while.
